Description

Full Automatic Aluminum Tube Folding and Filling Machine designed for high-speed packaging of ointments, creams, gels, adhesives, and toothpaste in aluminum tubes. As a machine for industrial use, this system fills and folds aluminum tubes automatically. It is suitable for the packaging of ointments, creams, gels, adhesives and toothpaste at high speeds. Because the operation is automatic, the machine fills containers to the same level every time plus seals them in a way that remains closed. For various manufacturing requirements, the device works with tubes that have a diameter between 19 and 50 mm. In each tube the machine places a volume of material between 5 and 30 ml. To provide material without stopping, a hopper is present that holds 40 L of substance. There are 80 - 120 tubes produced every minute when the system operates at its full capacity. With surfaces that touch the product made from SS316 stainless steel, the machine is easy to clean and resists damage over long periods. And it uses a metal folding process to ensure that the packages do not leak.
