Description

1600 mm Ultrasonic Quilting Machine designed for high-speed quilting of fabrics in industrial textile applications. As the machine measures 1600 mm in width, it quilts fabrics at high speeds within industrial textile settings. It is 1600 mm wide so that it processes large areas in an efficient manner. Because the 3000 W ultrasonic power is at a 20 kHz frequency, the machine bonds materials together with strength and precision instead of using stitches. For continuous operations, the machine is as fast as 20 m/min to increase the amount of material that workers produce. With an automatic system that feeds the fabric, the machine handles the material in a smooth and consistent way. If materials are as thick as 10 mm or less, the machine processes them, which is why it is useful for many different types of fabric. And the PLC control system is the reason that the machine is easy to operate, accurate and reliable when it performs.
