Description

The 15kHz Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine is an in-stock, fully automatic system developed for electronic assembly with reliability, as it utilizes 240 volt single phase supply and has a 2600 watt output. The unit has a 50mm (2.0") stroke and produces ultrasonic output at 15kHz to ensure consistency and repeatability in power mode welding (ultrasonic welding) of thermoplastics including ABS, PP, Acrylics and other types of Polyethylene (PE). The machine ensures high precision and strength of the weld with minimal time required to complete the cycle, which is an important feature for producing high-quality welds.
