Description

10 Tubes/min Tube Sealing Machine can seal up to 10 tubes per minute, is compact in size and utilizes manual ultrasonic sealing technology to achieve a reliable seal for your plastic or laminated tube products that do not have an inner diameter greater than 35mm. This Tube Sealer features an all stainless steel construction, operates at a frequency of 20kHz (20,000 cycles per second), produces a consistent 8mm wide seal, and uses 1.5kW of electrical power (using just one single phase of electrical supply), and produces an output of 10 tubes per minute through proper control of the energy supplied to the ultrasonic transducer. This Tube Sealing System produces clean strong seals without thermally damaging the seal area of the tube. This is an easy to operate and maintain tube sealer that will work well in both small-scale production and R&D labs, where space and budget constraints exist. This Tube Sealer is available from stock for fast shipment. Integration of the Tube Sealing System into an existing manual process is simple.
